This handling equipment adopts a dual-drive wheel design, has strong power and flexible control capabilities, and can be used in a variety of handling occasions.
This export project is a cooperation between our company and Russian customers after in-depth communication. According to the requirements given by the customer, the workshop needs to frequently transfer large components, and the operation path is complex. Our technical team has designed a comprehensive solution of trackless operation + dual drive system + high-load chassis. The whole vehicle is equipped with two sets of wheels, drive wheel set + polyurethane rubber-coated wheels.
This trackless transfer cart has a variety of operating modes, supports rotation in place, forward and backward, oblique driving, etc., and can easily cope with narrow workshop space and complex route scheduling. At the same time, in order to meet the transportation needs of its large-tonnage heavy industrial parts, the body structure uses thickened steel plates and strengthens the support system, with a load capacity of more than 1-50T. It is powered by batteries, which can meet long-term operation and has long endurance.
