We have recently completed the production and commissioning of a 30-ton battery-powered rail transfer cart, which is now ready for delivery and on-site operation. Custom-engineered to meet the client's specific material handling requirements, the cart features a low-center-of-gravity, high-strength structure and is equipped with specialized coil-securing supports, ensuring the safe transport of heavy coils during production.


Unlike standard flatbed rail carts, the deck of this unit incorporates three sets of V-shaped coil support fixtures. Constructed from high-strength steel, these supports are optimized for specific coil diameters and weights, ensuring a secure fit that prevents rolling, shifting, or sliding during transit, thereby significantly enhancing safety.
The cart utilizes a box-girder welded structure, offering high load-bearing capacity and deformation resistance. It maintains excellent stability even during prolonged heavy-load operations, making it ideal for transporting heavy materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel coils.

Powered by batteries and driven by DC motors, this rail cart operates smoothly along fixed tracks. Compared to traditional power supply methods, battery power offers greater operational flexibility and ease of maintenance; it is well-suited for medium-to-long-distance transport and provides extended runtime, enhancing overall operational convenience.


The equipment supports multiple control methods, including remote control and handheld pendants, ensuring simple operation and flexible scheduling to match the client's production pace. Additionally, intelligent features such as PLC control, automatic positioning, and precision stopping can be added to enable integration with automated production lines.
