In terms of structural design, the platform adopts a V-shaped coil frame device, which can firmly support various round coiled materials, such as steel coils, aluminum coils, copper coils, and cable coils. The V-shaped structure can automatically limit and prevent material rolling during transportation, ensuring stability and safety during transport. Meanwhile, the platform height, angle, and load-bearing capacity can all be customized according to the customer's on-site working conditions, achieving precise docking and seamless connection with upstream and downstream production lines, significantly improving material turnover efficiency.
In terms of the control system, the entire vehicle is equipped with an intelligent electrical control system, supporting button control, remote control operation, and PLC automatic linkage control. It can realize multiple functions such as fixed-point docking, automatic operation, and line conveying, meeting the automated conveying needs under different working conditions. The operation is stable and reliable, with high positioning accuracy, effectively reducing material docking errors and ensuring stable production rhythm.
