This multifunctional intelligent transfer cart has been successfully delivered and put into operation at a Mexican customer. Compared to traditional AGVs, which are often limited to horizontal movement and handling tasks, this new design utilizes an innovative "three-in-one" modular architecture, significantly enhancing its functionality.
Top Layer: Mobile Drag Chain Cart
The top layer of the equipment utilizes a high-temperature-resistant mobile drag chain-operated cart. It interfaces with the furnace for loading and unloading operations. Due to the high temperatures and difficult access inside the furnace, our technicians employed a compact and flexible mobile drag chain-operated cart. The drag chain can generate power as the cart moves, successfully resolving this issue while ensuring the continuity and stability of the production process.
Mid-Layer: Scissor Lift Platform
The cart is also equipped with a high-precision scissor lift system. It seamlessly interfaces with equipment at varying heights within the production line. This design breaks the limitations of fixed heights, allowing a single AGV to adapt to complex, multi-level factory environments, achieving "multi-purpose use" and significantly improving equipment utilization and work layout.
Underlying Features: Intelligent Trackless Navigation
The AGV is equipped with an intelligent navigation system (supporting laser navigation, vision navigation, inertial navigation, and other optional methods). Without the need for track, it achieves precise positioning, autonomous obstacle avoidance, and global path planning in complex and dynamic environments, truly enabling intelligent route operation.
