The rail track flat transfer car uses the lead-acid battery or maintenance free battery as the energy source, the control module as the control core, and the operation handle and remote control as the input means to provide power for the flat car. the battery is installed in the center of the rail track flat transfer car, and can also be installed in the front and rear of the car according to the demand. the battery provides power for the dc traction motor, and sends the start, stop, forward, and stop signals through the remote control back, left turn, right turn, speed regulation and other commands, the electrical control system gives commands to the dc motor to drive the electric flat car to run a variety of commands. it can be used in various large workshops, such as 5s workshop, automobile mold, material transfer, aerospace equipment workshop, air conditioning workshop, casting mold workshop, etc. the car has good load performance. the way of loading is to guide the direction of the steering wheel and the fixed wheel to carry the weight together. the reducer amplifies the torque and provides power to the fixed wheel. the led sound and light alarm is used as the working and warning sign, and the intelligent charger is used as the external power input. with the above functions, the car can complete the task well.
