1. Product Introduce
AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) intelligent rail transporters are material handling equipment integrating automatic navigation, intelligent control, and heavy-duty transportation. They are primarily used in factory workshops, production lines, warehouse areas, steel handling, and material transfer in large manufacturing enterprises. AGVs automatically travel along preset paths, enabling point-to-point material transport, automatic start/stop, and precise docking, reducing manual labor intensity and improving overall handling efficiency.
In terms of structural design, AGVs utilize a high-strength frame structure and can be customized based on actual load capacity, material size, and track layout. Platform size, load capacity, and vehicle height can all be customized to customer needs, allowing for the transport of various materials such as steel, molds, machinery, and large workpieces. For special materials, V-shaped supports, tooling fixtures, roller conveyors, and hydraulic lifting devices can be added to the platform.

3.Navigation Methods
To suit different factory environments, ground conditions, and transportation routes, AGV intelligent rail transsfer carts can be configured with different navigation methods. Multiple solutions, such as magnetic strip navigation, laser navigation, and QR code navigation, can be selected based on actual on-site conditions, enabling the tranfer cart to operate stably along the planned route.
For production scenarios with fixed routes and clearly defined transportation tasks, magnetic strip navigation can be used; for scenarios with complex routes and requiring flexible scheduling, laser navigation can be selected.
4.Safety Design
During automated operation, AGVs can be configured with various safety protection functions according to the actual usage environment, such as obstacle detection, automatic deceleration, emergency stop buttons, and anti-collision buffers. When an obstacle or pedestrian is detected in the operating area, the AGV can stop automatically.
Secondly, the system speed can be controlled or adjusted according to actual conditions to reduce safety risks during transportation. Furthermore, the AGV's operating speed, starting method, and stopping position can all be adjusted based on the on-site working conditions.
