1. Product Introduce
The RGV intelligent rail transfer cart with lifting function is an automated material handling equipment that combines rail transport, intelligent control, and lifting capabilities. 3.Lifting Function
Compared to ordinary material handling vehicles, this RGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) adds a lifting function, allowing adjustment of the platform height according to on-site process requirements. When materials need to be transferred between equipment at different heights, the lifting device can be used to adjust the height, reducing the inconvenience of manual handling and transporting materials at varying heights. Multiple lifting methods are available, such as hydraulic lifting and scissor lifting, to achieve height adjustment, thereby reducing manual handling and auxiliary equipment intervention and improving material handling efficiency.

Because the size, weight, and shape of materials transported by different companies vary significantly, RGV intelligent rail transfer carts are mostly custom-designed and non-standard. The load capacity, cart dimensions, rail specifications, lifting height, platform structure, operating speed, control method, power supply, and safety devices of the transfer cart can all be matched to the actual working conditions.
