1. Product Introduce
This trackless material handling vehicle is a heavy-duty material handling device customized for a New Zealand customer, with a rated load capacity of 6 tons. Unlike traditional rail-mounted material handling vehicles, this vehicle does not require track laying and can operate flexibly directly on paved factory roads, both indoors and outdoors, providing a more convenient solution for material transfer between different work areas.

3.Platform Design
- Based on the characteristics of the customer's on-site material transportation and operating space, a narrow and long tabletop design was adopted for this project. Compared to conventional tabletop transport vehicles, the narrow and long body is more suitable for transporting long workpieces, steel, profiles, equipment parts, and other materials, while also making better use of limited factory aisle space.
- The tabletop dimensions, vehicle length, and load-bearing structure can all be customized according to the customer's actual material dimensions, ensuring that the transport vehicle not only meets the 6-ton heavy-duty transportation requirements but also better matches the customer's existing production layout and transportation routes.
4.Flexible customization
To meet the load-bearing requirement of 6 tons of material, the transport vehicle adopts a high-strength frame structure design, with comprehensive matching of the vehicle's load-bearing capacity, wheel layout, and drive system. During transportation, the frame maintains excellent overall stability, reducing the risk of swaying and shifting during the movement of heavy materials.
Furthermore, protective structures, limiting devices, and material fixing brackets can be configured according to different working conditions, providing more stable transportation conditions for workpieces of different shapes and sizes.
