The electric flatbed trolley is an electric material handling transfer trolley guided by steel rails, which is powered by battery, the modle is KPX, this kinds electric flatbed trolley running on the steel rail is used to handle any type of load, regardless of its size or weight, on a defined runtime.
as the electric flatbed trolley is equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails they are suited to very high bearing capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and steel.
there are many drive and control systems for electric flatbed trolley. the drive system includes gear reducer, shaft drive and single wheel drive. the typical unit is equipped with a hand-held suspension control system, which is used by the operator to control the transfer trolley to move back and forth along the track. the average driving speed can be customized, and the operator can walk with the electric flatbed trolley to operate the unit. the pendant control could be mounted on any of the four corners of the transfer trolley to allow the operator to walk along the front of the transfer trolley during operation. our transfer trolleys also have semi-automatic and full-automatic control systems to meet the needs of special applications.
