1. The Introduction
This kind of BEFANBY designed 2-seater or 4-seater electric inspection rail cart can be repaired and maintained on the railway, also known as light rail track inspection cart, rail electric trolley, subway high-speed railway inspection vehicle, rail flaw detection trolley. It is designed and manufactured by BEFANBY Company, and is mainly used for track inspection instrument carrying, railway bureau inspection, line-of-sight observation, communication cable inspection instrument carrying, etc. This car is made of ultra-light aluminum alloy and can easily move on the track. This car uses insulated wheels, which are safe and wear-resistant. Two-way cars can flexibly turn on the road.
2. Features
1) The Electric inspection rail cart adopts the lithium-ion battery as the power source.
2) The cart frame is welded by aluminum alloy which ensured that the self-weight is kept as low as possible.
3) Only two people can lift the rail cart from ground to the steel rails.
4) The speed of the car is controlled by the variable speed. The maximum flaw detection speed can be up to 20km/h.
6) The wheels are insulted.
7) For the seat, it can be customized. You can choose two seats or four seats or more. All seats are with seat belts. The seat can be detachable.
8) Due to the high railway inspection works are carried out at night, this car is equipped with track lighting device.
