Power Supply and Drive System
The rail transfer cart is powered by a high-capacity battery, allowing for continuous operation for up to 8 hours. The battery is located beneath the vehicle body, resulting in a low center of gravity and high safety. Combined with a high-efficiency DC drive motor, power is stably transmitted to the wheels through a gearbox, ensuring smooth starting and constant speed operation even under full load.
Rail and Wheelset Configuration
The vehicle runs on dedicated steel rails. The wheelsets use high-strength cast steel wheels, which are highly wear-resistant and have excellent contact with the rails, making them suitable for long-term heavy-duty operation. The rail configuration can be designed as straight, curved, or intersecting tracks according to site conditions, facilitating connection to multiple production lines.
Both the power supply method and operating mode can be customized according to the customer's actual site conditions, providing a dedicated transportation solution for each customer.
