3.Structural Design
The pallet truck features a narrow, elongated design, effectively minimizing its footprint while maintaining load-bearing capacity. The extended platform provides ample space for large materials such as steel pipes, steel products, and long workpieces, making it particularly suitable for long-distance, point-to-point transport within production workshops.
The platform dimensions are custom-designed to meet specific customer requirements, taking into account the length, width, and weight of the materials being transported, as well as the dimensions of the available rails. By appropriately matching the truck's length with the platform dimensions, the pallet truck can better adapt to different production lines and factory layouts.
4.Power Supply Method
This rail transfer cart uses a mobile cable chain power supply. The cable chain moves with the transfer cart's direction of travel, centrally storing and protecting the power supply components, reducing the risk of cables dragging on the ground, becoming tangled, or being squeezed by external forces during operation.
As the transfer cart moves forward or backward, the cable chain moves synchronously with the cart, creating a more coordinated operation between the power supply system and the transfer cart. For production areas requiring frequent back-and-forth transport, this design improves the manageability of the power supply lines and helps maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment.
