1. Product Introduce

Intelligent safety control system for an electric driven track transfer cart is disclosed. the power supply is sent to the track after depressurization by a low-voltage power supply device. the boost power supply device on the track transfer cart takes power from the track and boosts it. the high-voltage power is sent to the track transfer cart motor by a driving device. the control power supply device takes power from the boost power supply device and transmits it to a signal sampling device and an intelligent controller respectively, the intelligent controller receives the output signal of the signal sampling device, and then transmits the control signal to the driving device and the braking device to control the electric car motor. the braking device takes power from the track and then transmits dc power to the flat car motor to realize braking. the electric die transport trolley has the function of sound and light warning when it is moving, and has the function of automatic smooth braking when it is stopped, so as to avoid the workpiece moving on the electric carriage; when encountering obstacles or track limit, it can stop automatically and smoothly, so as to avoid or reduce equipment accidents or personal accidents.
