Mobile Cable Powered 20 Ton Die Transport Cart Remote Control
the main structure of mobile cable powered 20 ton die transport cart includes cart frame, driving device, wheel set, cable, control box, safety system, operation system etc.
1. driving device
The driving device is composed of motor and reducer. the motor is yz series lifting metallurgy motor, with insulation grade of f and protection grade of ip44. the power of the motor can be selected according to the rated capacity of the die transport cart. the gear reducer adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and transportation field, and is specially used for the axle holding type diet transport cart with hard tooth surface. it has compact structure, good universality, high reliability and convenient installation and maintenance. gears are made by carburizing, quenching and grinding, and are produced by well-known professional manufacturers.
2. wheel set
the wheel is zg55 type, with overall quenching, hardness of wheel tread and inner side of wheel flange hb320-380 and depth of 20mm; the axial automatic micro alignment of the bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of die transport cart under no-load and full load and the deviation of lateral parallelism of steel rails, ensure the balance of die transport cart running on the steel rails, and prolong the service life. after the wheel is assembled, which can rotate flexibly.
3. cables
the cable was connected the power on ground to realize the power supply, which was placed on the floor. the cable chain can be added to protect the cable
Working Principle
KPT series' 20 ton die transport cart----it conducts AC380v(customized the voltage as per your country voltage) directly into the electrical control system of the transfer cart to start, stop, go forward backforward and so on.The die transport cart is powered by mobile cable which is laid on the ground. the cable is placed between the two steel rails. The operation system is low voltage 36v power.
