Parts
1. Frame:
The strength of the frame is designed according to 1.25 times of the rated load to avoid deformation of the car body; the longitudinal beams and beams of the frame adopt the combination of I-beam and channel steel of the same number; the frame structure consists of four longitudinal beams, several beams and the cover plate The frame structure is integrally welded; there are detachable inspection holes on the platform of the car body, and there are four lifting holes or hooks on both sides of the frame for hoisting and turning over.
2. AC motor:
The motor used is YZ series lifting metallurgical motor, rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50HZ, power: 3.7~7Kw, insulation class F, protection class IP44, the power of the motor can be selected according to the rated tonnage of the electric flat car.
3. Electric flat car reducer:
It adopts the heavy-duty standard of the lifting and transportation industry, and is dedicated to the shaft-holding hard-toothed flat car. It has compact structure, high reliability, good versatility, and easy installation and maintenance. The gears are all made by carburizing, quenching and tooth grinding, and are produced by professional gear manufacturers.
4. Electric flat car wheels:
The wheels are special wheels for cranes, the wheels are ZG55, overall quenching, the hardness of the wheel tread and the inside of the rim is HB320-380, and the depth is 20mm; the wheel shaft is quenched and tempered with No. 45 steel, the bearing seat is ZG45, and the bearings are radial roller bearings. The axial automatic micro-alignment of the bearing can eliminate and overcome the elastic deformation of the flat car under no-load and full-load conditions and the deviation of the lateral parallelism of the track.
