First, based on the operational requirements provided by the client—such as load capacity, platform configuration, and travel distance—we conduct a preliminary design and technical verification of the solution. This stage culminates in the completion of the overall vehicle drawings and the planning of the electrical system. Subsequently, we proceed to the raw material preparation phase, utilizing high-strength steel for the cutting, welding, and structural forming of the vehicle body, while also reinforcing critical load-bearing areas.
Once the mechanical structure is complete, we proceed with the installation and commissioning of key components—specifically the wheels, transmission system, and DC motor. Concurrently, we install the battery pack and electrical control system to ensure stable and reliable power output.
Finally, the equipment undergoes comprehensive vehicle trial runs and load testing. We conduct thorough inspections of the transporter's operational smoothness, braking performance, and battery endurance to ensure that all parameters meet our factory standards. Upon passing these inspections, the unit undergoes final protective coating and packaging before shipment, ensuring its safe delivery to the client's site for immediate deployment.
